To earn a CCP, an individual must undergo several in-depth learning courses covering topics from total rewards best practices, salary structure design, data analytics, accounting and finance, market research, regulatory compliance, strategic Human Resources planning and so on. Additionally, the CCP requires successfully passing 8-10 corresponding examinations.

Once the CCP is earned, an individual must illustrate an ongoing commitment to learning through continuing education and application of the total rewards principles taught in the CCP courses. Through these measures, a CCP is an excellent indicator of an individual’s knowledge and expertise in compensation best practices.
