Stop the cycle.

Be recognized for your higher value.

Have you ever stood in the aisle of a store debating between two bottles of wine and ultimately opting to buy the more expensive one?

Many of us will choose a more expensive alternative because we infer that the higher price tag equates to greater value. The same is true with employers.

When you an employer sees that a job candidate is coming from a job with a high pay rate, they are more likely to view that job candidate as a better performer than an equally qualified peer earning less. This creates a cycle of undervaluation for women who tend to already earn less, are therefore seen as less worthy of higher pay, and therefore continue to earn less.

While efforts to remove pay from job resume requirements goes a long way, women can do more to advocate for themselves by ensuring they earn a proper pay rate now.

Learn how to negotiate for a higher pay and stop the cycle of undervaluation today.
