Stacie Jackson
As a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Certified HR Professional (SHRM-CP), I bring a deep understanding of compensation strategies on both sides of the table—helping organizations design competitive pay structures and coaching professionals on how to advocate for themselves.
I am co-owner of Valliant Consulting Group, a successful HR consulting firm. I hold a Masters of Business Administration and have taught college courses in Human Resources to undergraduate students at the University of New Mexico Anderson School of Business, one of the elite 6% of business schools worldwide to hold AACSB accreditation. I’ve led compensation projects for governments, non-profit organizations, higher education institutions, hospitality services, hospitals and clinics, and Fortune 500 companies.
Now I’m using the expertise I’ve gained over the last 15 years to empower women to break barriers and secure the pay they deserve. I’m ready to change the world by helping women know their worth, advocate for themselves and thrive in every aspect of their lives.
